My story
I’m Mariya Grinina—a certified embodiment teacher and Love, Sex, and Relationship coach trained at the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. I’m the founder of Feel, a global feminine embodiment platform. My mission is to inspire women to embrace their feminine energy, rediscover pleasure, and create a life filled with confidence, wealth, and love—all while staying true to your essence.
I’ve learned that success doesn’t require sacrificing your softness or feminine energy. By 23, I was honoured to be named one of the top 10 young founders in the UK (the only woman on the list!) and one of the top 25 Gen Z founders in Europe. But what I’m most proud of is how I’ve learned to create success from a place of feminine softness, flow, and deep alignment, and connect to my sexual energy as the source of magnetism, effortless abundance, confidence and power.
Today, I combine my entrepreneurial expertise with my devotion to feminine empowerment and deeply transforming tantric practices to inspire women to own their power and create balance and abundance on their terms.
From Trauma to Empowerment
I was born and raised in Kazakhstan, a conservative country where opportunities for women were scarce, and female sexuality was surrounded by stigma and shame. At the age of 12, I experienced sexual abuse. Without education or support, I kept the trauma to myself, internalising shame and disconnecting from my body. That experience, while painful, became a driving force for my mission: to create spaces where women can heal, grow, and reclaim their power.
My healing journey began the same year, almost intuitively. I found yoga, meditation, and spiritual practices, which became my safe haven and the starting point for rediscovering myself. Over the years, I’ve embraced tantra, women’s circles, and sensual movement. These practices have transformed my relationship with my body and reconnected me to my innate feminine energy. These practices helped me to not only heal, but also become a shameless public speaker, epic lover, happy partner in a committed soul-awakening love partnership and a badass business woman.
Every woman’s story is unique, but I’ve found that the path to empowerment always begins with reconnecting to ourselves—our essence, our bodies, and our truth. This is the foundation of my work, and it’s what I guide my clients toward: living fully expressed, joyful lives beyond the limits of trauma and societal conditioning.
Feminine Energy: The Secret to Success
Even with my personal challenges, I’ve always been ambitious and driven. At just 21, I launched my first tech company, raised £1 million in investment, and built a team that included industry leaders. On paper, I was thriving, but behind the scenes, I felt disconnected from myself.
Operating in a masculine-driven world, I had unknowingly abandoned my feminine energy and the practices that nourished me. I was burnt out, uninspired, and far from the balanced life I envisioned. That was my wake-up call. I returned to my roots—my practices of yoga, tantra, and self-care—and reconnected with my feminine power.
This wasn’t just healing; it was transformational. I realised that true success isn’t about pushing harder or striving for more—it’s about alignment. That insight led me to step away from my previous company and create Feel, a platform where women can reconnect with their feminine energy and realise that they can have it all.
